Todd Bateman

Todd Bateman is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in both transportation management and youth ministry. Currently serving as the Manager of the Operations Command Center at TriMet since October 2013, Todd oversees performance to ensure quality service delivery for fixed-route bus and MAX light rail systems while maintaining regulatory compliance. Previous roles include positions such as Assistant Manager of Transportation, Certifications Supervisor, Bus Dispatcher, and Bus Operator at TriMet, as well as a Security Agent with Coast to Coast Event Services, where Todd focused on safety and guest relations. Additionally, Todd worked as an Associate Youth Pastor at Willamette Christian Church, planning large-scale retreats and managing budgets for programs serving hundreds of students. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible/Biblical Studies from Multnomah University.
