Responsibilities include managing learning and development programs, maintaining facilities, engineering vehicle fleets, handling employee communications, overseeing fare systems, and providing IT support. Additionally, they manage marketing strategies, training for maintenance staff, media relations, community engagement, environmental services, CADD operations, inventory and warranty programs, financial activities, and the engineering and construction of rail systems. This team ensures the efficient, safe, and innovative functioning of TriMet's various transit services.
