Wendy Hudson has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Manager On-Street Customer Service at TriMet since July 2019. In this role, Wendy coordinates the activities of Field Outreach and Community Relations Representatives to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to TriMet, Wendy held the position of Assistant Manager at Bath & Body Works and White Barn and spent over two decades at Horizon Air, progressing to Manager on Duty, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 300 employees, managing customer relations, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Wendy's career began at Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour Restaurants, where leadership and training capabilities were developed in various restaurant operations. Wendy holds a diploma in Business and Art from John Adams High School as well as education from Princess Anne High School.
