Amy Linenberger

Amy Linenberger, MS has a strong background in training, development, diversity, and inclusion. Amy is currently working at Trimont as the Training, Development, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager/Associate Director (Global) since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Abaco Systems, Inc. as the Sr. HRBP- Talent Development (Global), where they collaborated with business leaders and global teams to implement systems and programs that optimized employee experience and capabilities. Amy also worked at AMB Sports + Entertainment, starting as a Training and Engagement Specialist and was later promoted to Manager. At AMB Sports + Entertainment, they led initiatives for talent development, engagement, well-being, and DEI programs. Additionally, they have experience working as a Professional Development and LMS Consultant at Emory University and held various roles at Emory University, including Interim Sr. Program Manager for the Teaching Assistant Training Program and Graduate Program Administrator. In their roles at Emory University, they managed program and project management, advised on HR practices, developed program infrastructure, and led committees for staff development and well-being.

Amy Linenberger, MS has a strong educational background. Amy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing and Publication as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of North Georgia, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Amy then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Human Development: Family Studies and Human Services with a certification in Personal Financial Planning at Kansas State University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Amy has also obtained various certifications, including the Talent Optimization Consultant Certificate from The Predictive Index in June 2021, and multiple certifications in diversity, inclusion, communication, and project management from LinkedIn and Lynda.com between 2018 and 2020.
