Christian Dörr

Christian D. is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing data-driven applications and automating data processes. Currently employed at IBM since 2020, Christian previously worked at Wallbreakers, where responsibilities included web application development using Node.js, React JS, and Bootstrap, as well as data management with Python and MongoDB. Christian has also contributed significantly to higher education as a Computer Science and Math Tutor at South Texas College and as a research assistant and teaching assistant at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where efforts included automating data gathering and enhancing student engagement in programming. Christian's outreach initiatives have promoted STEM education within K-12 schools, significantly connecting the university to the community. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
