Joel Henning

Joel Henning has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joel began their career in 2009 as a Surface Warfare Officer/Nuclear Engineer Officer in the US Navy, where they supervised various divisions and was responsible for the operation and maintenance of weapons and propulsion systems on conventional and nuclear-powered warships. Joel also served as the Prospective Nuclear Engineer Officer Coordinator. In 2017, Joel transitioned to the civilian sector and joined Trinchero Family Estates. Joel has held multiple positions within the company, starting as a Bottling Maintenance Supervisor and working their way up to Director of Operations, Napa Valley. Joel'sroles at Trinchero Family Estates have focused on maintenance management and operational leadership.

Joel Henning pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the California State University Maritime Academy. Joel attended the institution from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they enrolled at the WSU Carson College of Business, where they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Finance. Joel'stenure at the business school spanned from 2020 to 2023.
