Kirsty Cringan

Kirsty Cringan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 25 years. Kirsty began their career at KPMG as a Senior Audit Manager, where they honed their financial expertise. Following their time at KPMG, they worked as a Finance Controller at Anglian Windows for three years.

Cringan then joined Diageo, where they held several roles over a period of 16 years. As the Director of Global Finance Project Lead, they led the deployment of a new manufacturing SAP system across multiple international sites. Kirsty also served as the Compliance Director, successfully leading multiple government audits and establishing simplified ways of working.

At Diageo, Cringan also held the positions of Decision Support Manager for Tech Operations/Conversion Strategy and Customer Operations, where they led key savings initiatives and finance projects. Additionally, they served as the VP of Business Performance Management, overseeing a team of 32 finance employees and managing financial outlook for Diageo North America.

Cringan then moved on to Treasury Wine Estates, where they took on the role of VP Commercial Finance for a brief period before transitioning to their current role as Chief Financial Officer at Trinchero Family Estates. In their role as CFO, they are responsible for the financial management and strategic planning of the company.

Kirsty Cringan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business Law from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Garnock Academy to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business Law, although the specific dates of their enrollment at that institution are unknown.
