Meredi Metz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Meredi started their career at UMC Catering in 2006 as an Assistant Deliveries Manager, where they trained and managed delivery staff and supervisors. In 2008, they joined A Spice of Life Catering + Events as an Operations Manager, overseeing event logistics, purveyor relations, and employee training. Meredi also developed standard operating procedures and career path programs.

In 2014, Meredi worked as a Special Events Intern at Cornerstone Church of Boulder Valley, gaining valuable experience in organizing and coordinating events. Meredi then joined One Steamboat Place in 2015 as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where they trained and led housekeeping teams.

In 2017, Meredi held two roles concurrently. At Etai's Bakery Cafe, they worked as a Wholesale Service Coordinator, establishing and managing relationships with customers. Simultaneously, they also worked as an Events Manager at A Spice of Life Catering + Events, responsible for managing various events.

In 2018, Meredi became the Operations Manager at Eclectic Hive, where they managed non-exempt training programs, budgets, staffing, and performance improvement plans. Meredi also handled onboarding, culture initiatives, and annual reviews.

Most recently, Meredi joined Trinchero Family Estates in 2021 as a Data Steward.

Meredi Metz attended Adams State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature. Additionally, they have earned certifications in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" and "Leading at a Distance" from LinkedIn. Meredi is also certified in TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) from TIPSalcohol, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
