Saylor Spare has extensive work experience in various industries. Saylor began their career at California Avitron in 1989 as a Cost Accountant before moving on to Baxter Healthcare in 1991, where they held the same role. In 1993, Saylor transitioned to Nestle as an Associate Financial Analyst before joining E&J Gallo Winery in 1995. At Gallo, they took on different roles, including Assistant Marketing Manager, Manager of Financial Planning, and other positions. After completing their MBA, Saylor joined Trinchero Family Estates (Sutter Home Winery) in 2001 as the Manager of Sales Planning & Development. In this role, they were responsible for sales forecasting, sales analysis, and regional profit reporting. Saylor also managed syndicated Nielsen data. Later that year, Saylor became the Sr. Director of Sales Business Insights at Trinchero Family Estates, leading a team of 5 sales analysts and serving as the core resource for the sales and marketing teams' analytical needs. Saylor's experience includes analyzing and reporting syndicated data, such as Nielsen and Tdlinx depletions, shipments, and ECRM ad tracking. Saylor has a strong background in sales, marketing, financial analysis, and planning.
Saylor Spare completed their education with an MBA degree in General Management from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the California State University-Long Beach - College of Business from 1984 to 1989.
