Susan Konold is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in inventory management and planning. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Planning at Trinchero Family Estates since May 2017, Susan has successfully reduced finished goods inventory by $13 million and has developed new metrics and policies to enhance transparency and mitigate inventory risks. Previously, as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain at Treasury Wine Estates in 2016-2017, Susan effectively integrated production and planning strategies during an acquisition. From 2006 to 2016, Susan held the position of Senior Supply Chain Manager at Diageo Chateau & Estates, where significant achievements included a $60 million reduction in finished goods inventory through cross-functional collaboration and improved planning systems.
