H. Raymond Bingham

H. Raymond Bingham has been a member of the TriNet Board of Directors since 2008 and served as chairman from 2010 to 2018. He is a partner of Canyon Bridge Capital Partners, a global private equity buyout firm. From 2015 to 2017, he was an advisory director of Riverwood Capital Management, a private equity firm that invests in high-growth technology companies. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Bingham was an advisory director of General Atlantic and served as a managing director from 2006 to 2010. Previously, Mr. Bingham served as a director of DHI Group, Inc., Spansion, Inc., Oracle Corporation, Flextronics International, Fusion-io, Inc. and STMicroelectronics, as well as executive chairman of Cypress Semiconductor, Inc.

Mr. Bingham holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Weber State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Additionally, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Weber State University.
