Kimber O'Connor

Kimber O'Connor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management, currently serving as a People Success Manager at TriNet since March 2013. Kimber has held various positions at TriNet, including Manager of Colleague Relations & Standards and Senior Human Capital Consultant. Prior to joining TriNet, Kimber worked at ADP from April 2007 to February 2013 as a Senior District Manager, focusing on new client sales and client management. Kimber's early career included a sales role at Florida's Natural Growers from September 2002 to April 2007. Kimber holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Florida Community College.
