Tijana Contreras

Tijana Contreras is a Global HR Support Consultant at TriNet, providing consulting services in HR, Compliance, Payroll, and Benefits for small and medium-sized businesses since April 2024. Previously, Tijana served as the HR Service Center Manager - Canada at Raytheon Technologies, leading a team of HR and Payroll Advisors to support 8,000 employees and driving significant projects such as a Tier 1 Payroll model implementation and HR Operating Model change management. Tijana's career also includes HR roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Wawanesa Insurance, McCarthy Tétrault, and an initial HR Assistant position at Pratt & Whitney Canada. A graduate of York University with a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Human Resources Management, Tijana has demonstrated expertise in HR systems analytics, project leadership, and employee relations across diverse organizational environments.
