Alexei Malakutskiy

Alexei Malakutskiy has extensive work experience as a legal counsel and senior lawyer. Alexei started their career in 2003 as a Legal Counsel at Azovstal Iron & Steel Works and then moved on to Khortitsa (LLC Megapolis Traiding House) as a Legal Counsel in 2007. In 2008, they joined Siemens Ukraine as a Senior Legal Counsel until 2011. Alexei then worked at Ericsson Ukraine as a Group Legal Counsel from 2011 to 2016, also serving as the Head and Liquidator of the Representative Office from 2013 to 2014. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Senior Lawyer at Ciklum. Alexei then joined UMG INVESTMENTS as a Senior Legal Counsel in 2017, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Counsel & Company Secretary at Trinetix since 2018. Additionally, they served as the Head of Legal of a subsidiary company in Ukraine (part-time) at ГК "Русский Алкоголь" from 2013 to 2014.

Alexei Malakutskiy has a diverse education history in the field of law and accounting. Alexei completed their Master's Degree in Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Law from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie between 2010 and 2012. Alexei also earned a Master's degree in Intellectual Property (IP) from Donetsk State University of Management from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their legal education, Alexei holds a Specialist degree in Accounting from Pre-Azov State Technical University, Mariupol, which they completed from 2000 to 2006. Alexei also earned a Specialist degree in Law from Odessa National Juridical Academy from 1999 to 2003.

Alexei has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Alexei obtained an Attorney Certificate from the Donetsk Region Bar Association in May 2009. In April 2004, they received the Certified Accounting Practitioner certification from the Ukrainian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors.
