Elena Balaban

Elena Balaban has a strong background in project management and technical delivery, spanning multiple companies. Elena most recently worked at Trinetix as a Technical Delivery Manager, starting in February 2019. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Ring Ukraine from February 2018 to August 2018. Elena also held a role as an Agile Project Manager at Ciklum from June 2016 to June 2017. Before that, Elena worked at Cogniance as a Requirements Manager/Project Manager from October 2014 to April 2016. Their early career at EPAM Systems included roles as a Senior Test Analyst/Business Analyst from May 2013 to October 2014, and as a Software Test Engineer from July 2011 to May 2013.

Elena Balaban obtained their Master's Degree in System Analysis from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification as a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2016 and a certification as a Certified Test Analyst from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in February 2013.
