Oleksandra Makovii

Oleksandra Makovii is a UI/UX Designer currently working at Trinetix since October 2022. Prior to this, Oleksandra worked at Beetroot Academy as a UI/UX Design Teacher and at Artjoker Software as a UX/UI Designer. Oleksandra has also previous experience working as a UX/UI Designer at New Tribe Agency and STUD-POINT. Oleksandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Mykolaiv National University. Oleksandra specializes in conducting UX research, creating customer journey maps, implementing jobs-to-be-done analysis, and developing personas to gain a deep understanding of user needs and motivations during the discovery phase.
