Suzanne Baynes

Suzanne Baynes is a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resource Development Officer I currently employed in Trinidad and Tobago since October 2022. With extensive experience in customer service and management roles, Suzanne previously worked as a Branch Revenue Associate at the Copyright Music Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago, overseeing the Tobago Branch Office and handling client invoicing and administrative duties from November 2008 to August 2021. Additionally, as a Lecturer from August 2017 to February 2020, Suzanne taught various courses in human resource management, business administration, and related subjects. Prior roles include General Office Manager at Safety Specialist Limited and a focus on member relations at Mt. Pleasant Credit Union Cooperative Society. Suzanne has pursued higher education, currently working towards a Master of Science in Project Management at London South Bank University and holding a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, along with an Associate of Science in Management from COSTAATT.
