Megan McDonnell is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Trinidad Benham since September 2023, McDonnell previously held consulting positions and executive roles at Renew HR Consulting, brytemove energy, World Wind & Solar, MAXGEN ENERGY SERVICES, Ekhosoft, and Power Factors, all part of an Oaktree Capital Portfolio Company. Earlier in the career, McDonnell acted as Owner of tHRive HR Consulting and served as Human Resources Director at Level 3 Communications, where significant contributions to recruiting and HR functions were made during the company's startup phase. McDonnell launched a career in Human Resources at Quauntum/MKE-Quantum Components LLC in a training and development role and holds a BA in Communication from Central Connecticut State University.
