Martin Vurm

Martin Vurm currently serves as the COO & CIO at TRINITY BANK a.s. since May 2025. Prior experience includes a role as COO at ING from January 2020 to June 2025, overseeing Retail and Wholesale Banking Operations, Transformation Office, Control Office, Process Management, Data Management, and General Services. Martin also held the position of COO & CIO at PwC Consulting from February 2012 to December 2019, involved in significant projects such as licensing a new bank and setting up a digital bank. Prior roles include Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Programme Manager at Vodafone CZ a.s., Consultant at Accenture, and Intern at Aliatel. Martin Vurm earned an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Prague University of Economics and Business, complemented by a CEMS master in Finance and Management from Esade, Spain.
