James Clark III

James Clark III, CRE, serves as the Managing Director of Mission Real Estate Development at Trinity Church Wall Street since June 2019, focusing on mission-driven real estate projects globally. As the Founding Principal of EnTrust Realty Advisors since March 2002, James advises private equity and institutional clients in commercial real estate transactions across various sectors. Previously, James held the position of President of the Investment Services Group at Transwestern, where a national investment services group was built and led. James also served as Regional Vice President at Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, overseeing asset management for a commercial mortgage loan portfolio, and as Vice President with Lehman Brothers, working on real estate investment banking and restructuring. Education includes an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a BS in Marketing & Management from NYU Stern School of Business, a certification from Harvard University’s Summer Leadership Institute, and a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.
