Lorelei Atalie Vargas serves as the Chief Community Impact Officer and Executive Director of Trinity Commons at Trinity Church Wall Street since April 2019. Prior to this role, Vargas held significant positions at the City of New York's Administration for Children's Services from November 2014 to March 2019, including Deputy Commissioner for Child and Family Well-Being and Deputy Commissioner of Early Care and Education. Vargas also contributed to ANDRUS from December 2002 to July 2014 as Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, and Director of Policy, Planning and Research. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Education Analyst at the NYC Department of Education from February 2001 to November 2002. Vargas's educational background encompasses degrees from esteemed institutions such as Columbia Business School, NYU Silver School of Social Work, and the University of Michigan, alongside a BA in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College.
