Rob G.

Rob G. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and admissions within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director for Trinity Leadership Fellows and Managing Director of Leadership Development at Trinity Wall Street, Rob previously held a consultancy role at Schmidt Futures and was Global Director of Admissions and Strategic Initiatives at Schwarzman Scholars, where oversight included the strategic recruitment of young leaders globally. Prior to these positions, Rob was Managing Director at The Rockefeller Foundation, contributing to conference and residency programs at the Rockefeller Bellagio Center. Rob's career in academia includes significant roles at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, as well as admissions leadership at Johns Hopkins University SAIS and the University of North Carolina Center for European Studies. Educational achievements include a PhD in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certificate in Leadership Essentials from Columbia Business School.
