Elisabeth Searle

Elisabeth Searle currently serves as a Claims Trainer at Trinity Claims, a position held since November 2023. With a diverse career spanning several decades, Elisabeth is also the Owner of Home Grown Honey, specializing in small-scale honey production and bee farming since April 2004. Previous experience includes roles such as Business Development Manager at Exari Systems, where Elisabeth enhanced the efficiency of complex insurance documents, and UK & Ireland Service Manager at Chubb Insurance Company of Europe, overseeing service delivery and process improvement. Elisabeth represented Chubb Insurance at the London Non Bureau Working Group from 2011 to 2013 and held various management roles at the National Provident Institution, including UK Claims Operations Manager. Academically, Elisabeth is a Prince 2 Practitioner and holds a Financial Planning Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
