Carl Jones

Carl Jones is a seasoned business intelligence professional with a diverse background in data analysis and software management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Trinity Health since July 2023, Carl has previously held positions as a Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon and a Senior Data Analyst at both Consumers Energy and the State of Michigan. With experience starting in 2015 as a GIS Analyst at Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick, Inc., Carl has developed a robust skill set in business intelligence and data analytics. Carl holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Software Management from the University of Detroit Mercy, an MBA specializing in Value Driven Organizations from Central Michigan University, and a degree in Geology with an emphasis on Geographic Information Systems from Albion College.
