Iris Towers

Iris Towers has extensive experience in healthcare administration and operations management. Currently serving as a Patient Access Supervisor at Trinity Health since April 2014, Iris specializes in outpatient and emergency department registration while managing operational issues and conducting departmental rounds. As the Owner and Office Manager of The Minute Man since January 2006, Iris oversees all aspects of a retail cellular phone business, including human resources and financial responsibilities. Past roles include reviewer at Becker's Hospital Review, long-term substitute teacher at Professional Education Services, and a reading teacher during the Summer Blast program. Iris also has a background in clinical supervision from Muskegon Family Care and medical billing from Mercy Health. Iris holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Baker College of Muskegon.
