Joyce Allen

Joyce Allen is an experienced healthcare IT professional currently serving as the Application Manager for Epic Grand Central at Trinity Health since September 2025. In this role, Joyce focuses on optimizing technology for patient movement and resource management, while providing management and guidance to the Grand Central application team. Prior to this position, Joyce spent nearly twenty years at Memorial Healthcare System, where roles included Manager of Applications, overseeing healthcare IT projects and the implementation of EHR systems, as well as Systems Analyst for GE Centricity Enterprise and Quadramed Affinity. Joyce's career began at Memorial Healthcare System, where responsibilities included coordinating patient registration in the Emergency Department and managing bed control in a 100-bed hospital. Joyce earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Health Information Systems from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2009.
