Pamela Thomas

Pamela Thomas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in mission strategy and organizational transformation within healthcare. Currently serving as System Vice President - Mission Strategy at Trinity Health since 2007, Pamela has successfully reimagined mission integration functions and cultivated strong C-Suite relationships, resulting in significant cost savings. Previously, as Regional VP and Senior Culture Transformation Consultant, Pamela led culture integration initiatives and transformation projects that achieved impressive returns on investment. Prior to Trinity Health, Pamela co-founded Blue Heron LLC, providing innovative services to local communities, and held leadership roles at Saint Alphonsus, where strategic cultural initiatives enhanced operational performance. Pamela's career began in the US Army, and academic credentials include a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Notre Dame.
