Sandra Rowe

Sandra Rowe, PhD, MBA, MSCIS, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager at CHE Trinity Health since April 2008, Sandra leads complex IT implementations and data warehouse programs that drive significant change across various systems, including clinical and revenue cycle technologies. Additionally, Sandra has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and the University of Detroit Mercy, teaching courses in financial decision-making and information systems project management. Prior experience includes a Senior Project Manager role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where Sandra spearheaded large IT projects and developed a project management competency model. Sandra holds a PhD in Business Administration from Capella University, as well as multiple advanced degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wayne State University.
