Susan Sturza

Susan Sturza, RACR, is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Trinity Health since December 2017, Susan focuses on enhancing hiring processes and ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Previously, Susan held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trinity Health and was responsible for managing challenging recruitment processes within the revenue and supply chain management sectors. Additional experience includes a contract position at AAM where Susan specialized in passive recruiting of engineering professionals, as well as roles at Mainline Information Systems and Compsat Technology, where Susan managed national recruiting efforts and compliance processes. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Labor Relations from Oakland University.
