Tyra Evans

Tyra Evans serves as the System Office Director of Operations at Trinity Health since December 2017 and has held the position of Vice President of Operations at Detroit Medical Center since October 2014. Previously, Tyra was the Group Practice Director at Henry Ford Hospital from August 2011 to October 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical operations for multiple surgery-related services, managing a $19 million annual budget, and spearheading a successful electronic medical record transformation project. Earlier roles at Detroit Medical Center involved directing the ambulatory network, successfully negotiating contracts, opening urgent care facilities, and managing significant operational improvements and revenue enhancements. Tyra holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
