Zachary Miklja

Zachary Miklja is a Medical Resident at Trinity Health since June 2023, specializing in a Transitional Year Medical Residency at Trinity Health Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and will focus on Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Michigan from July 2024 to July 2027. Zachary has been involved in various research positions since January 2014 at Michigan Medicine, including studies on adolescents with depression and bipolar disorders and research on intrinsic brain tumors and their impact on functional pathways. Additionally, Zachary has contributed to the Koschmann Laboratory at the University of Michigan Medical School, investigating genetic mechanisms in pediatric neuro-oncology, and has held roles at Wayne State University and the University of Michigan Athletic Department as a student ambassador and volunteer. Zachary holds an MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan.
