Matt Goldey

Matt Goldey has over 22 years of experience in IT support, currently serving as Manager of IT Onsite Support at Trinity Industries, Inc. since July 2017. Goldey's roles at Trinity also include Desktop Operations Lead and Desktop Technician, where responsibilities involve hands-on and remote desktop-level fixes, software installations, hardware upgrades, and effective communication with stakeholders regarding application issues. Prior to Trinity, Goldey worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for 16 years, providing premium hardware and software support while serving as a liaison for IT initiatives and managing desktop services. Goldey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, earned between 1993 and 1998.
