Angela Brenner

Angela Brenner has over two decades of experience in various management and administrative roles in the public and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Division Director and previously as the Director of Federal Programs at the Missouri Department of Mental Health's Division of Developmental Disabilities, Angela has demonstrated expertise in fiscal management and program oversight. Concurrently, Angela holds the position of Director Of Christian Education at Trinity Lutheran Church since February 2013. Prior experience includes managerial roles in managed care rate setting, budgeting, and waiver financing at the State of Missouri, as well as accounting analysis.
