Sagar Shouche

SAGAR SHOUCHE has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. SAGAR started their career in 2009 as a Deputy Manager at Jyoti Structures Limited, where they led the implementation of systems for international and domestic projects. SAGAR then moved on to Larsen & Toubro in 2014, where they held the position of Manager - Finance and Accounts. In this role, they strategically planned and implemented finance systems, managed accounting, audits, budgeting, and taxation functions.

In 2019, SAGAR SHOUCHE joined KEC International Ltd. as a Commercial Manager. SAGAR was responsible for financial analysis, budget preparation, and tax compliances for various regions.

Later in 2019, SAGAR SHOUCHE joined Kelvion as the General Manager Finance. In addition to managing receivables and payables, they also took charge of HR, Admin, Legal, Purchase, and Project Management. SAGAR achieved significant accomplishments during their tenure, including the dissolution of the Union, introduction of control points in purchase process, and development of good relations with customers and vendors.

In 2021, SAGAR SHOUCHE held the position of Head of Finance at several companies, including Trinity industrial Services W.L.L, Oasis Pumps, Blue Light Industry LLC (Electroplating Division), Blue Light Industry LLC (Foundry & Heat Treatment Division), and Trinity Mechanical Services.

Most recently, in 2022, SAGAR SHOUCHE joined Cropi UK Ltd as the Head of Finance.

Sagar Shouche has a strong educational background in the field of business and finance. Starting from 2022, they attended Columbia Business School and obtained a diploma in Digital Business and Strategy. In the same year, they also studied at MIT Sloan School of Management and received a diploma in Digital Business.

Prior to these diploma programs, Sagar completed an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2003 and 2008. During the same period, they also pursued a CA (Chartered Accountant) degree from the same institute, focusing on finance, taxation, costing, accounts, and related fields.

Additionally, Sagar earned a CWA (Cost and Works Accountant) degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India from 2004 to 2007. This program focused on cost audit, management audit, and internal controls.

Before entering higher education, Sagar obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University. SAGAR completed this degree from 2003 to 2006.
