Alicia Walker

Alicia Walker serves as the General Manager at Trinity Metro and holds the position of Director, Programs & Strategic Engagement at COMTO National. Alicia is also an Interim Vice President of Bus Operations at DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) and has been an Assistant Vice President in the organization. Additionally, Alicia is a member of the Society of Emotional Intelligence and WTS, Advancing Women in Transportation. Educationally, Alicia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, with further studies at Southern Methodist University from 2019 to 2020.
