Alicia Walker, CCTM, serves as the General Manager at Trinity Metro since August 2023 and has extensive experience in transportation management. Previously, Alicia held several key positions including Director, Programs & Strategic Engagement at COMTO National and Interim Vice President of Bus Operations at DART. Alicia's career spans roles such as Transportation Operations Manager at Los Angeles Metro and multiple positions at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Additionally, Alicia is actively involved with the Society of Emotional Intelligence and WTS, Advancing Women in Transportation. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Executive DART program certification from Southern Methodist University.
