Katelyn Gunter is an experienced property manager currently serving as a Property Manager at Trinity Partners since May 2024, with a previous role in the same capacity at Atlanta Property Group, LLC until May 2024. Katelyn's extensive background includes a long tenure at Welltower™ Inc., where advancement to Senior Property Manager involved overseeing a portfolio of 1.7 million square feet of Medical Office Buildings, supervising and training staff, managing financial reports, and fostering tenant relationships.
