Amanda MacDonald

Amanda MacDonald is an experienced educator with a strong background in gifted education and teaching. Currently serving as a Gifted Education Teacher at Trinity School for Children since August 2016, Amanda has developed the K-8 Gifted Program, implementing project-based learning through the STEAM process. Previous roles include First Grade Teacher and Intervention Specialist at Charter Schools USA, where Amanda supported students in reading and mathematics, and positions at Bank of America and Coldwell Banker that enhanced customer service and business management skills. Amanda began their teaching career as a Second Grade Teacher at Philip Shore Elementary, focusing on technology integration and personalized instruction. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from The University of Tampa.
