Rachael Guadagno

Rachael Guadagno has a diverse work experience across various companies. Rachael joined Trinity Solar in 2019 as the Director of Customer Experience, where they focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise. Prior to that, Rachael worked at Viacom for over two decades. Rachael held the role of Senior Director - Commercial Operations from 2011 to 2018, where they led and developed teams while ensuring revenue protection. Before that, they worked as the Director - Commercial Operations, Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Copy Specialist at Viacom. Rachael also has experience working at MTV UK, Northern & Eastern Europe as a Traffic Coordinator, where they trained team members and strategically placed advertisements. Overall, Rachael has a strong background in customer experience, revenue protection, and team leadership.

Rachael Guadagno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Communications, and Mass Media from Rutgers University.
