With more than 35 years of steel industry experience, Richard started out with Trinity as a project manager in 1993 and is now over all company operations. Over his 20 plus years with Trinity, his customer service background and aptitude with regard to technology have come together in Trinity’s implementation of FabTrol®, TrinityLink™ and several Quality Management System enhancements.
