Arturo De Los Santos

Arturo de los Santos, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of ITS Strategy & Partnerships at Trinity University since October 2012, where responsibilities include developing an organizational structure that fosters campus partnerships and oversees a diverse team across various technology domains. Prior experience includes roles such as Adjunct Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word, focusing on online student success, and Director of Technology Support Services at UIW Health Sciences, where a roadmap for aligning technology with academic objectives was created. Additional experience includes leadership positions in IT at the Archdiocese of San Antonio, HEB Federal Credit Union, and First Mark Credit Union, alongside foundational roles in the US Navy and Department of the Air Force. Arturo holds an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and certificates from Southern Methodist University and Cisco Networking Academy.
