Dmitry Temchenko

Dmitry Temchenko has a strong background in finance and leadership, with experience spanning over 15 years. Their most recent role was as the Chief Financial Officer at Trinity LLC, a top-70 Russian IT company. Dmitry worked to drive revenue and profitability, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure proper financial control and accounting. Prior to this, Dmitry served as CFO and later as the First Deputy CEO at Kompaniya TransTeleKom, a subsidiary of Russian Railways. Dmitry led a team of 46 people and was responsible for business development, budgeting, and profit. Before that, Dmitry was the CEO at Akos and CFO at Far East Telecom, where they oversaw financial operations and managed a department of 30 employees.

Dmitry Temchenko completed their doctoral degree in Economy at Far Eastern State Transport University from 1998 to 2002. Prior to this, from 1993 to 1998, they studied Accounting at the same university. Dmitry then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management and Marketing at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation from 2008 to 2010. Most recently, they engaged in Professional Training in Tax and Financial Consulting at the Higher School of Economics from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Dmitry also obtained several certifications, including the EF SET English Certificate in 2021 and the DipIFR (Diploma in the International Financial Reporting) from ACCA Chartered Accountants in 2014. Dmitry also acquired certifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in 2013 for CIMA P2 and CIMA P1.
