Timo van Delzen is an energy policy consultant at Trinomics, where responsibilities include advising public sector clients like the European Commission and various national Ministries. Prior experience includes a trainee position at the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), assisting in decision-making processes and conducting research on offshore wind farm contract designs. Timo served as a teaching assistant for a Master's course on electricity and gas market design and policy at TU Delft and held the role of commercial advisor for heat pumps at HeatTransformers. Timo holds a Master’s degree in Complex Systems Engineering and Management from TU Delft and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Policy and Management from Delft University of Technology.
