Maryline Desseix

Maryline Desseix is an experienced leader in technology and innovation within the polymers sector. Currently serving as Global T&I Engineered Surface Director at Trinseo since December 2022, Maryline drives the innovation portfolio while previously leading the PMMA Technology EU organization. Prior to Trinseo, Maryline worked at Avient Corporation as Global Technology Manager, where a global technology team was structured to align programs with business growth strategies. Earlier roles at PolyOne included positions as Senior Technology Manager for Flame Retardants and various technology-focused roles that emphasized R&D, strategic planning, and team leadership. Maryline's career began at BASF as a Research Engineer Intern. Maryline holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Chemistry with a focus on Polymers from ENSCCF in France.
