Kerry Collins is an experienced professional in customer service and management, currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Experience at Trinsic Limited since March 2015, where responsibilities include delivering innovative solutions for private enterprises and public sector organizations. Prior to this role, Kerry was a Team Leader at NCI Resources Ltd from June 2008 to March 2015, managing a team of Client Liaisons to oversee quality control for accounts in arrears. Kerry's career began at Solent Mortgage Services as a Team Leader/Underwriting Assistant from February 2006 to June 2008, progressing from Underwriting Assistant to leadership within a year. The foundational experience includes an Apprenticeship in Business Administration at Keel Barrett Estate Agents from May 2004 to January 2006, focusing on property sales and customer service. Education was completed at Bay House School from 1999 to 2004.
