Murat Üren has been working in the customer satisfaction and operations management fields since 2010. Murat began their career as a Customer Satisfaction Manager at IKEA Group in 2010. Murat then moved to Panel Kırtasiye, where they held the same position until 2014. In 2014, they changed roles and became a Customer Satisfaction Manager at Melodi Çikolata.
