Marc de Hertogh

Marc De Hertogh is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and sustainable investment. Currently serving as Senior Relationship Manager - Practice Lead Sustainable Properties at Banque Triodos since March 2023, Marc focuses on nurturing client relationships and expanding the sustainable properties portfolio in Belgium. Previously, as Senior Funding Manager at Seald, Marc developed funding solutions for real estate projects across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Marc's tenure at ING Belgium spanned over a decade, holding various senior roles including Senior Credit Officer and Senior Risk Manager, where responsibilities included managing real estate lending portfolios and implementing risk management processes. Earlier in his career, Marc cultivated client relationships as an Account Manager and led marine infantry groups as a Reserve Officer in the Belgian Marine Infantry. Marc holds a Bachelor in Commercial and Financial Sciences from Ichec Brussels Management School.
