Rachel Parker

Rachel Parker currently serves as the Group Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead at Triodos Bank and is the founder of This is Meaningful, an initiative focused on enhancing the meaningfulness of careers. Notable previous positions include Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Shoosmiths, Community Manager for Responsible Business at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Associate in Philanthropy at BNY Mellon. Rachel's earlier roles include Higher Education Project Manager and Community Investment Coordinator at East London Business Alliance, as well as a position in Communications & Marketing with a focus on community investment and corporate responsibility at Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Educationally, Rachel holds a Master of Science in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology from Leiden University, along with a MA (honours) in International Relations and Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews.
