Stefan Hargrave

Stefan Hargrave has a diverse work experience in the field of audit and risk management. Stefan began their career as an Internal Auditor at AXA Investment Managers in 2003. Stefan then moved on to AXA Winterthur as an Assistant Vice President, where they were responsible for credit insurance audit activities and oversaw the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley in Belgium. In 2006, Stefan became an Audit Manager at Zurich Financial Services before joining Swiss Re in 2008 as Vice President, Audit Manager. At Swiss Re, they delivered risk-based internal audit services to various group functions. In 2011, Stefan transitioned to WorldPay as an Audit Manager. After that, they joined Bupa as an Internal Audit Director, focusing on international markets and global functions. Stefan then moved to Triodos Bank, where they served as the Head of Internal Audit. Stefan also held positions at St John Ambulance and St John International, acting as an Independent Member of their Audit and Risk Committees. Currently, they serve as the Chair of the Triodos Foundation (UK).

Stefan Hargrave attended Brunel University London from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a BSc degree in Economics and Management. Prior to that, they studied at Dover Grammar School for Boys.
