Lauren Vihtelic

Lauren Vihtelic has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies.

Lauren began their career in 1995 as a Sales Associate and Head Cashier at EXPRESS, where they worked until 2002.

From 2002 to 2005, they worked at EPITEC, INC. in the Employee Relations department, where they were responsible for various tasks such as processing employee paperwork and assisting in immigration processing.

After that, they joined Assured Source in 2005 as a Benefits Administrator/HR, where they efficiently addressed clients' questions and concerns, administered new hire packets, and enrolled participants into appropriate carriers and systems.

In 2008, Lauren joined Trion Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Workers Compensation. In this role, they developed, maintained, and managed the company's workers compensation administration, established standards and procedures for all matters related to workers compensation, and ensured the smooth and profitable operation of the department. Lauren later transitioned to the role of Director of Corporate Human Resources and Compliance in January 2023.
